METADATA REFERENCE FOR IMAGEN AND MAJOR LEAGUE SOCCER CONTENT
Please do everything you can to consistently follow this naming and tagging schema. If everyone follows the same set of rules, then all of our content will be easy to locate and properly protected.
CONTENT & TITLE FIELDS METADATA QUICK REFERENCE
Please follow the title naming convention as described in the tables below. For b-roll uploads, the uploader must use their best judgment when labeling the title of the shoot so the content is easy to find in a search.
Be sure to fill out the content as instructed in the tables to make sure the records are tagged correctly. This will be mandatory.
As necessary, please add additional context.
GENERAL UNDERSTANDINGS
For Media Availability uploads, Trigrams will now bemandatory for tagging purposes. Please include the club trigram in the title.
Be sure to write out the entire club names in the order of Home vs Away, do not place your club name in the Home Club box by default.
Make sure the date in the title is for the matchday, not the record/upload date. The date the content was recorded should only be in the description box.
The competition name should be included at the end of the title for every uploaded record.
Below are examples:

- • TOR - Toronto FC vs Inter Miami CF on 09/30/2022 | MLS

While this is a pretty exhaustive list, there may be some content or items that have been missed. Please use your best judgement in those scenarios and let us know what they were so we can account for them.
